Is shipping free?
We offer great value shipping rates via Australia Post, and all orders include tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! If you need your order faster, simply select Express Shipping at checkout, and we’ll prioritise your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. You can check the estimated shipping time from our warehouse to your postcode by using Australia Post’s delivery calculator. Just enter our postcode 4300 and your postcode to see an estimate.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) on in-stock items will usually be processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 1 PM (AEST) will be processed the following business day.

Which carrier do you use?
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a range of countries! We also offer Express Mail Service to select destinations. You can check international shipping costs by entering your location at checkout.
