Directions for Use
Administer the following number of tablets daily based on your pet’s weight:
- 1–2.4 kg: 1 tablet
- 2.5–9.9 kg: 2 tablets
- 10–14.9 kg: 3 tablets
Tablets should be given whole, preferably on an empty stomach (at least one hour before food). Do not break or crush tablets.
Regular check-ins with your vet (every 1–3 months) are recommended to ensure your pet is receiving the correct dosage for optimal results.

This supplement may be used as an adjunct to treatment in pets with: Chronic hepatitis, Hepatic lipidosis, Cholangiohepatitis, Paracetamol toxicity, Toxic mushroom ingestion, Copper-associated hepatopathy, Iron overload, Metabolic liver diseases, Canine cognitive dysfunction, Neoplasia, Cirrhosis, Other acute or chronic liver conditions
Please note: Hepatoadvanced does not prevent corticosteroid-induced hepatic vacuolar changes.
Active Ingredients (per tablet)
S-Adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate (equivalent to SAMe) 50 mg
D-alpha tocopherol succinate (Vitamin E) 45 IU
Silybin Phospholipids (equivalent to silybin A + B) 13 mg
Important Information
Use under veterinary supervision, especially if your pet is currently on behavioural medication.
Safe use in pregnant or lactating animals has not been established.
Can be used alongside other hepatic support therapies, including prescription diets, ursodeoxycholic acid, anti-inflammatories, and non–Vitamin E supplements.
