Important Safety Information:

Directions for Use:

1. Administration: The chew can be given directly or mixed with a small meal.
2. Dosing Frequency: Administer once a month, ideally on the same day each month.
• If a dose is overdue by less than 15 days, give the dose immediately and resume monthly dosing.
• If a dose is missed by 15-30 days, treat immediately and resume monthly dosing for at least the next 2 months.
