Importantly, Nitenpyram does not inhibit acetylcholinesterase.

Directions For Use: Treatment with Capstar can commence on any day fleas are observed on the animal and can be repeated on subsequent days as needed. Administered orally, with or without food, no more than one treatment should be given per day.
