Shipping Options Outside Australia

We ship from our Brisbane warehouse to the following international destinations:

Belgium, China, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Shipping Methods

We use a combination of international postal services to deliver your order. Your parcel is handed off to the national postal service in your country for final delivery — for example, USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK, or Deutsche Post in Germany.

Orders to the United States All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout — you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery. Final delivery is handled by USPS.

Shipping Costs Free standard shipping is available to most destinations. For the United States, shipping costs are calculated at checkout due to DDP requirements.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery time for international orders is 1–2 weeks from dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal conditions.

Tracking All international orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your order on our tracking page.
